Mindful Breathing

This animation is not mine and I do not know who created it (but I am thankful that it was created).  It is a very helpful tool for mindful breathing. 

As the figure gets bigger, breathe in and fill your lungs.  As the figure gets smaller, breathe out.  

By paying attention to our breathing we are more likely to notice the moment.  We are more likely to slow down, relax, and reduce our stress.
